Madhvi is a Sutherland-Chan graduate who also holds an Hon Bsc. From U of Toronto, is a certified yoga instructor and utilizes acupuncture, cupping and myofascial therapies in her practice. She believes that combining knowledge from a scientific model with an integrative, complementary framework allows us to truly speak to our health journey.
This is her approach to treatment:
Our bodies move and change constantly; they change as our seasons change, they change daily as we dance between the stressors and joys of life. These transitions sometimes can challenge our innate adaptive abilities, especially when life becomes hectic and there’s hardly space for rest. When we work together, you and I create the space necessary for your body, nervous system and breath to align with ease and grace. Within this foundation of safety and trust, your body awareness improves and your mind is able to tap into a truth that guides you into the next stages of your wellbeing. I refer to this moment of pause as ‘a liminal space’ - an in-between phase of the old and new, past and present, present and future - where all possibilities exist because you have given your adaptive multi-system (autonomic nervous system) a moment to catch up with and align to your daily and often busy lifestyle. I believe in a practice that is customized to meet you where you are in any given day, acknowledging your health is physical, mental, emotional and spiritual (an integrated system). I believe in supporting your circle of care and walking alongside your journey towards the path you envision for yourself. I have worked in hospital and clinical settings with palliative care, concussion care and post surgical recovery as well as in private practice for pre/postnatal support, autoimmune conditions and general somatic support. I am currently doing some personal extended research around women’s health, specifically perimenopause and menopause. I am grateful and excited to create within this liminal space with you.
Madhvi has a passion for learning and is fascinated by human consciousness and neuroscience as well as where true human potential lies when spirit and matter connect. She feels deeply for community and is forever seeking ways to contribute to sustainable community development within a healthcare framework led by a justice and equity lens. Coffee, hiking in nature and adventuring with her 5 year old and husband bring her joy.

Kassandra Tournier – Osteopath D.O.
I was born at the crossroads of two vibrant cultures: the French Caribbean island of Martinique, my homeland, full of life and color, and Lyon, France, where I grew up, studied, and developed a taste for fine wine, traditional dishes like quenelle… and osteopathy.
Graduating in 2017, I have practiced in various settings — private clinics, home visits, and as a teaching assistant at a prestigious osteopathy school in France. My journey has always been enriched by my years of dance practice and my passion for travel, which have deeply shaped my understanding of the body and movement.
Having personally experienced an inflammatory illness, I bring a special sensitivity to patients facing similar challenges. I approach these conditions with empathy, precision, and a holistic perspective.
In treatment, I work extensively with cranial and visceral techniques, alongside more dynamic articular approaches. Patients often describe my hands as strong yet comforting — powerful, grounded, and deeply releasing.
A true globetrotter at heart, I regularly return to Martinique and the Caribbean, places that nourish my roots and inspire my practice.
I speak French, intermediate Spanish, and functional English, which I am continuously improving here in Canada to better serve a diverse international clientele.
Today, my mission is to support each individual on their journey toward lasting wellbeing, trusting in the intelligence of the body and the strength of the therapeutic relationship.

As a psychodynamic therapist, I work with adults exploring the emotional complexities of life—parenthood, career shifts, relationship distress, burnout, and persistent internal conflicts. In a reflective and attuned space, we examine how unconscious patterns and early relational experiences shape your current struggles. Through the therapeutic relationship, we create the conditions for insight, transformation, and a deeper sense of self. Reaching out can begin a meaningful and lasting process of change. I draw from relational, psychodynamic, and emotion-focused approaches, which means I’ll work with you not only to manage symptoms but also to gently explore the underlying patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. I’m here to listen, reflect, and help you make sense of your inner world with care and curiosity.
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’re not sure where to start. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about the process, I invite you to reach out. You’re welcome to contact me with any questions or to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if working together feels like the right fit.
